Chop up steak, chicken, peppers, tomatoe, & onion. It's best to have the steak & chicken prepared ahead of time. Heat your skillet to Medium or Medium-High & spray with butter spray. WOW! This is spinach? This is a quote from my 11yr old. son who hates (his words) spinach. Even my picky 2yr. old and my husband who thinks ketchup is a vegetable ate it. It may not be the lowest in calories (ingredients can easily be substituted for lower calorie counterparts) but it is loaded with lots of nutrients. Quiche is also a great way to get "rid" of leftovers not quite big enough to serve. The bacon and rice were things I just had in the fridge. Brown 1lb. package of turkey sausage breaking it into as small of pieces as you'd like in your burrito. I also snuck in a tiny bit of chopped onion, you could also add other veggies like bell pepper, but I wanted my kids to eat these. In separate pan, scramble eggs, my package of tortillas had 9 instead of the 8 it was supposed to have, so I used 9 eggs, again breaking them into pieces you'd enjoy. I prepared 9 pieces of plastic wrap with a tortilla on each. When the sausage and eggs were done and cooled slightly, I divided each mixture and placed on the center of each tortilla. Then I divided up a bag of shredded cheese, mine was Quesadilla cheese, but any shredded cheese you enjoy would work. Wrap each tortilla into a burrito, then wrap with plastic wrap. Place warpped burritos into freezer bags and label. They should last up to 6 months, just remove from bag and warm in microwave in the wrap .
