Cookbook creator says: Sauteed boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips, sauteed those with thin slices of onions and garlic. Added a little water to get up those bits of goodness. Add 2 cups of spinach. Then added the peanut sauce. We really loved it!
Absolutely delicious filling! Same as recipe posted by ALISON_T; but with the ingredients slightly adjusted to give the calorie count I wanted. Next time I will pound the chicken and marinate it for a few hours in the olive oil/lemon juice/ herb mixture to incorporate even more flavor.Submitted by MRSWESTY
This pasta was an experiment that thankfully went right. Swap blue cheese for goat cheese or feta.

This is so easy and impressive. It will be the hit of the party (or just your absolute favorite tuna recipe). I add a little more soy sauce, more wasabi and lime juice but I like things with a kick. I do not think the sesame seeds add much so I make this without them to save time. I did not include the sesame seeds in the calorie calculations. I am posting the recipe as it was born.
