These come out very moist. I found this on the back of a grocery store ad and made a few changes. The original called for 2 tsp of Thyme, 1/4 c of Parmesan, & 2 c of cornflakes. I measured after I dipped and found I had a good 1/2 c of mixture left so I cut the recipe back accordingly.
* For those of you that are salt restricted- You might want to leave out the salt as there's probably enough in the Parmesan cheese. I just sprinkled a little salt over the bowl.
I also extended the cooking time. The original time was 20 mins.Submitted by NANADEB49
In my old neighborhood, there was an amazing takeout place where I'd get Thai curry vegetables on a pretty regular basis. I didn't think I could make it, or make it healthfully for that matter - until this morning. I played around with what I had on hand and came up with the following recipe for tonight's dinner, with plenty to freeze for later cravings.Submitted by ABSINTHEMINDED

This is one of our family favorites! Although it's pretty low in calories and fat (for fettuccine alfredo), it has plenty of flavor. This looks really good, too, so we make it sometimes when company comes. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!Submitted by MOPSMOM3

Thinly sliced ribbons of zucchini and nutty brown butter make for a gourmet supper. Make it a meal: Round out the plate with steamed broccoli rabe sprinkled with Parmesan.
This sauce recipe was based on a Jo Mama's World Famous Spaghetti sauce recipe that I modified for taste. When I make this sauce, it quickly disappears in my house. Everyone seems to loves this sauce.
