Cookbook creator says: To add a little sweetness, add a Tbsp or two of agave nectar. You don't even need to add maple syrup. It's a good grab and go breakfast if you're running late for work. I like to double the amounts so I can freeze the extra and zap them in the microwave when I want some.

I have to be honest- I'm really not sure how many blueberries I had exactly. I know I put in a lot. I had a bunch left and before they went bad I knew I needed to use I did. These pancakes were so chock full of berries. They're very hearty and they're sweet enough to eat by themselves with out syurp...which adds more calories!
