Tasty Low fat chili with lots of protein with the extra beans If you need extra protein you can add tvp to the chili too. I have to small children so I don't add a lot of chili powder to mine, and the kids love it. My daughter likes to Add cheese and sour cream and dip corn chips in it.

Ground Turkey Hamburger Cups

Hamburger cups were a staple while I was growing up. They were easy to make, the ingredients were almost always on hand, and you could get a four and six year old to eat a vegetable. I changed the soup and switched to ground turkey. The cheese blend I use is a little lower in fat and calories, but you could shave off even more with a low fat cheddar.
