Cookbook creator says: I don't crock pot it- just regular stove top. I used pod peas, onions, peppers, canned pineapple and I made my own sweet and sour sauce (1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of vinegar, pineapple juice from the canned pineapples and 1 Tblspoon cornstarch).Submitted by LUCYST
