This is an awesome soup that I enjoy on a regular basis. This recipe is copied from one that I found on the internet and enjoy VERY much! Below is the description of the soup, as it appears on the recipe original. I found no need to change it!

This simple Thai chicken soup has that distinctive Thai flavor - a balance of spicy, salty, sweet and sour. You will especially welcome this soup's warmth during the winter, when it can also provide you with added health benefits, helping to ward off the cold or flu. Simple and straight forward, this recipe could be made the day ahead of time, the morning of to save the marinade time. I make two pounds at once, marinade over night, and freeze off in portion sizes the next day while i skewer my kabob for dinner. That way, all you have to do is pull it out the night before and skewer it the next day just before grilling or baking.Submitted by MOTIVATION4LEA
The semi soft version of the farmer's cheese works wonders for this recipes and can be easily find in all grocery stores. For this recipe you will need an 8inch/20cm non stick skillet or omelet pan.
