A Simple Tasty Recipe with lots of lycopene and fiber. My husband isn't a tomato fan, so paste and puree make this appetizing for the picky eater.

This recipe is really sweet - I think next time I will put less sugar in them. The bonus is that they do not have any of those unhealthy add-ins like store bought ones and you can really play with the recipe.
