I made this in my ice cream maker using fresh blueberries. Next time I will try using fat free half and half and a Splenda blend to reduce the calories even more. However, this ice cream is SCRUMPTIOUS!

This is a delicious fat-free alternative to traditional ice cream. Traditional ice cream is laden with calories and fat. My makeover recipe replaces the half-and-half, heavy cream and egg yolks with skim milk, gelatin and water resulting in a light and delicious dessert. VERY LOW IN CALORIES AND FAT FREE!!!!
