I saw this recipe made on The Biggest Losers. I didn't have any ground turkey on hand, so I used lean ground beef. This is double the origianl recipe. Makes great leftovers for lunch.

This is a low fat lasagna recipe, modified w/low fat cheeses, and the leanest hamburger 93%. I would not eat this on a normal night. This is a cheat night meal even with the lower fat ingredients.

Being in southern california, I grew up eating tacos. The meat recipe is my dad's, and I have obviously substituted a low-carb tortilla for a regular corn one (though they can be made with corn tortillas for those non-low carbers in the family).
