Cookbook creator says: I would call these carrot cake muffins as they have carrots, apples and raisins in them. I added dried cranberries and almonds.

My favorite recipe that came with the bread machine. Makes a 2 lb loaf. I usually get 10-12 slices from the square loaf my bread machine makes, which I then cut in half. I count one half a slice as one serving.
