Cookbook creator says: Mustard and salsa? Well, I had both so I gave this one a try. I loved it! It is soooo easy and the salsa gives it a kick! Crazy low in fat so I was able to add a side of mashed potato (my favorite!) and still be well within my daily goals. I'll be making this one again to be sure!
