Cookbook creator says: This loaf could be done in square muffin trays to make mini loafs. I would add some finely chopped cellery and other veggies for added fibre and to make to go further. These extra ingredients will have to be added to the nutrition list.

Cookbook creator says: A simple cook in the bag recipe. This uses a bamboo steamer but I will use an oven bag, should do the same thing. Will still add the chicken stock to the bag also.
