Good basic chili recipe that's quite quick and tasty. Add fat-free sour cream and/or reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar for an even better taste. I had apples, she had a recipe, but I didn't want to add 3 C of sugar (for the whole recipe). So, when I cut the recipe in half, I just reduced some of the sugar also.
