I got this from Mark's Daily Apple. I did not add the spices into the calorie mix and I only calculated into 1 oz of the beer since you don't really eat it. If you serve this with something else like salad or pico or avocado, make sure to add that separately if it matters to you.

This is a lighter take on the classic Italian preparation of Chicken Cacciatore (or Chicken Hunter Style). Our made-over version uses white meat rather than dark and less oil to cut almost 60 calories per serving and reduce the fat and sodium of the traditional recipe.

Baked kale is really ugly, but amazingly both good for you and tasty! It shrinks in a big way (like spinach), but tastes good. Try it once before blowing it off :)

So each chop should be about 3-4 oz. For this recipe, each chop is one serving. If you are planning on eating two chops, which would look neato on a plate...that's 2 servings.

Sounds kind of crazy, but this recipe is great - and a real change of pace. My inlaws, who think ketchup is a little exotic, absolutely loved it.

We love shredding this sweet and savory chicken to turn it into tacos, but it's also delicious as is with a side of grilled veggies.

The dish has an intresting history - that might be urban legend might be turth... Some says it has aphrodisiac properties. but supposedly this is the dish that the hookers in areas of italy would cook and the intoxicating smell of the garlic and other ingredients would entice 'customers' to their door
