Darlene’s Mexican Carne Asada - Paleo

I got this from Mark's Daily Apple. I did not add the spices into the calorie mix and I only calculated into 1 oz of the beer since you don't really eat it. If you serve this with something else like salad or pico or avocado, make sure to add that separately if it matters to you.

Chicken Breasts with Red Wine Sauce

This is a lighter take on the classic Italian preparation of Chicken Cacciatore (or Chicken Hunter Style). Our made-over version uses white meat rather than dark and less oil to cut almost 60 calories per serving and reduce the fat and sodium of the traditional recipe. Submitted by CHEF_MEG

Baked kale is really ugly, but amazingly both good for you and tasty! It shrinks in a big way (like spinach), but tastes good. Try it once before blowing it off :)Submitted by ARCHMOMOF2

So each chop should be about 3-4 oz. For this recipe, each chop is one serving. If you are planning on eating two chops, which would look neato on a plate...that's 2 servings.Submitted by JAC-ATTACK
