Prepare this fast, easy, delicious recipe in the crockpot.
Directions for stovetop or oven casserole are also given, as well as info on low sodium alterations and a delayed crockpot start.

It's even faster (10 mintes to prep) and easier (just dump all ingredients into crockpot) if you brown quantities of hamburger in advance (4 pounds fits nicely in my large skillet), then degrease and season it with beef soup base and dried onions. Freeze it in 1 to 1.5 # ready-to-use Zip Loc freezer bags; be sure to note the weight on each bag, for calculating nutrition.Submitted by PBIGELOW6

This is a simple recipe & a family pleaser & Low calorie. Nothing better than a great smelling soup simmering on the stove in the fall & winter days. This is a very good way to see the family gets their vitimans. When I first made this I didn't really know what to expect, so I made another meal as a back up incae the kids didn't like it.. Well to our surprise it was a hit and the whole pot was gone that night and the back up meal was saved for another day :)Submitted by BECCACOATS

Yes, I did just use the terms high protein, low carb, low fat, CHOCOLATE, and brownie in a recipe title... this isn't a lie folks, it's a tried and true concoction that is sure to knock your socks off! I bet you thought you'd never hear healthy and heavenly words combined in the same sentence, let alone, recipe! But here we have it... a brownie that is so good for you, and unbelievelably good to eat!

AND... it's a single serve recipe (so no temptations... even the best of foods should be eaten in moderation), takes but a minute to prepare, and an even shorter amount of time to make (plus it's microwavable!).

Pork has been a very friendly protein for me since WLS. However it has a tendency to get a bit dry. Therefore, I have been trying ways to add a sauce, or moisture to top off my chop or tenderloin.
