These are an easy, light dessert for those warm summer days. For chocolate lovers, eliminate the lemon and add 1/2 c. melted semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp. vanilla; combine thoroughly and fill strawberries. Or, make original recipe and dip in chocolate before serving.

A recipe that my husband's grandmother came up with. It's DH favorite and the only thing that he wants me to use our rhubard for!

This is calculated with regular jello and pudding mix, as well as regular whipped cream in a can. The calories can be cut drastically by using sugar free and reduced fat ingredients. Our family preference is to cut down on the quantity of the portion instead.

You can use fresh or frozen berries for this custardy treat. I cut the sugar from the original reipe by 1/4 cup and chose to use lite sour cream. It's a family favorite!
