Seasoning only. YMMV on calories to what type or size of chicken you choose to put this on. I used legs and thighs and grilled them out on the gas grill. They were outstanding. You could also use them on boneless, skinless breasts and bake them in the oven.

Homemade adobo seasoning adapted from a recipe on Chow.com. Theirs called for chipotle chile powder - I substituted Chili powder. I think I ended up adding more cumin and garlic - you'll want to experiment to taste. It makes about .5 cup of seasonings.

Most cajun seasonings call for a lot of salt, if you like it saltier and don't have a problem with blood pressure, you can add more. You can also add 3 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp basil in the mix as well.
