Yummy and healthy meat balls for you hero sandwich or on top of whole grain spaghetti as in the picture. A sprinkle of shredded Parmesan or Romano or even cheddar! tops it nicely. I don't like to cut the meat out of my meat balls but a bit of rolled oats works for me.
