Broccoli Everyone Will Love

Broccoli is my favorite vegetable, but not everyone agrees with me. To convert people, I like to serve this simple recipe. Garlic sauteed in olive oil offers a sweet richness, and the lemon juice offers a nice tang.

It started with leftover brats and chicken breasts. The secret is FF Greek Yogurt instead of ranch or mayo. Add tons of fresh veggies chopped and sauteed. The pre-mixed seasonings help a lot too! use what ever meats you have, or leave them out! This recipe used a whole box of pasta, so it made a lot.
