This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

MAKEOVER: I substituted the 2% milk with skim milk, brown sugar with Splenda brown sugar, granulated sugar with splenda granulated sugar, and the 1 cup of flour with 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup wheat flour. This saved 130 calories and almost half the carbs per serving.
