A low fat moderation of banana bread with peanut butter and chocolate chips added. The low fat buttermilk used instead of milk adds to the rich and sinful taste.

Prepare the sauce up to 2 days ahead, and chill. Grill the jalapenos a day in advance, and refrigerate. Stuff and bake them just before serving. Very good but really spicy!
