Cookbook creator says: Ron really liked this dish. I made it with brown rice and the low fat "Cream of Anything" soup. I also changed the serving size from 4 servings to 3 since the original recipe only called for 3 pork chops. I think next time, I will increase the rice and pork chops to 4 servings. Will make again.
