This is a ONCE A MONTH recipe. Homade pizza made easy. You will also need *REDUCED FAT GARLIC ALFREDO SAUCE* and Italian Seasonings of your choice. Many people also like tomato on this type of pizza I don't like tomato so I leave them off.

This is a ONCE A MONTH COOKING Freezer recipes. I mix everything together but the onions, green peppers tortillas, cheddar cheese and freeze in a freezer bag. Then on the day before I want to use it. I take it out to thaw and marinade in refridgerator. You can top with sour cream and salsa but be sure to count them!

This is a ONCE A MONTH COOKING freezer recipe. *I made this as is and found that the sauce dried nearly to a gel in the crock pot. So that I think some kind of liquid would be a good idea. So next time I will add at least a 1/2 cup water

This is a great quick dinner when your in a hurry. Great for super bowl Sunday or other times you might have company!
Instructions are for a double batch. I divide this into two batches and then If it is just my family I use 8 tortillas and one bag of filling mix.,

This chicken is a slow cooking favorite. I think it is better than those chickens you get at the supermarket when your in a hurry for something for dinner. This is absolutely the best once of month cooking secrets. I usually cook several roasting chicken on my cooking days. One I use for that night and the other I use the chicken meat for different recipes and casseroles that I freeze. It is said that a 3lb roaster will yield about 2 lbs of meat. I usually use a 4-5 lb roaster but i don't use all the meat cause I always make a soup with the bones and I like the extra meat in my broth! So I estimate my recipe at about 30 oz of meat.

This is a once a month cooking recipe. The chicken is about a 3-4 lb whole chicken. You can freeze this after cooking. You can remove meat from the bone and put into baggies with potaotes make sure to scoop up some of the drippings to keep moist and tasty. Then thaw and reheat either in oven or microwave. I like to use some of the drippings to shake with a bag or two of frozen green beans and put into a one quart freezer bag. Then I reheat all of it in one pan for 20 to 30 minutes at 350. I usually divide this up into two meals since I only have four people in my family. Nutitional values are for about 4 oz of chicken and 1/2 cup of potatoes

This is a once a month cooking recipe. I use a whole chicken and tear it into strips for chicken fingers. Dip the chicken in light ranch dressing and Shake with the seasoning mix.
