Needs some tweaking

These are some of the recipes that I have tried. I found that they need a few adjustments (increase the protein, modify the spices etc) Overall, will definately attempt these again!

Cookbook creator says: The rice was a little tough, (used brown rice) Also it needed a bit more spice or soy sauce. I did use Bragg instead to cut back the sodium and added chicken for extra protien. Overall not to bad, will definately try again and might add tofu next time!

Cookbook creator says: Needed some more white sauce and was bland. Added some sea salt and black pepper. Next time will try some garlic and onions as others have found this adds more flavour.
