Cookbook creator says: I seasoned the breasts with garlic salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, paprika and a dash of cinnamon.
I also added chicken broth as they cooked and finished with a few dashes of soy sauce at the end. I served with brown rice and drizzled the 'sauce' on top of each portion. KEEPER!
