Steel Cut Oatmeal in Rice Cooker- DASH compliant

Cookbook creator says: I use steel cut oats. i think it's important to use steel cut instead of rolled oats. Less processing goes into steel cut oats and they are nuttier, chewier oats. They have a lower glycemic rating but close nutritional value.
