Cookbook creator says: I had this in Hawaii with tropical fruits, delicious! All I had today was apples and bananas. I added walnuts, raisins, craisins, pie spice and fat free greek yogurt. This is extremely filling and calorie dense (my version). Next time no craisins and I'll add some shredded coconut.

These have a great flavor, the perfect amount of sweetness, and a nice, soft texture (be sure to use whole wheat PASTRY flour, not regular whole wheat!). Nutritious, too!
