My daughter gave me this idea. I use it instead of margarine on my toast in the morning. You can also use it as a cream cheese replacement in recipes. It's not as creamy as cream cheese but it works just as well and has more protein and much less fat. I'm even going to try using it as a fat replacement in regular recipes to see if it works there too.

I use this recipe when I'm craving something sweet. It answers that craving for the sweet and I don't feel quilty afterwards. To make sweet potato chips more healthful, instead of deep frying them, I toss them with oil and bake in the oven.
