My daughter gave me this idea. I use it instead of margarine on my toast in the morning. You can also use it as a cream cheese replacement in recipes. It's not as creamy as cream cheese but it works just as well and has more protein and much less fat. I use this recipe when I'm craving something sweet. It answers that craving for the sweet and I don't feel quilty afterwards. To make sweet potato chips more healthful, instead of deep frying them, I toss them with oil and bake in the oven.
