A very delicious variation on chicken salad. Using Dijon and honey in the dressing make the difference. It's great to make a whole batch and just eat on it all week. Super crunchy, super good, you'll want to serve this at all your brunches and lunches.

Probably the most savory salad I've ever had. Non-salad eaters will like this! with a homemade delicious dijon-parm vinaigrette that tastes really similar to caesar dressing.

Using lowfat buttermilk and dry ranch dressing mix for big servings of tasty dressing - a serving would be 1/4 cup! I like a lot of dressing and don't care for vinegar all that much.
