This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. It's really easy to make and very low-fat. You can use different flavors of pudding and graham crackers to change it up a bit! The graham crackers may get a bit soggy if you leave it in the fridge for a few days but I think that makes it taste even better!Submitted by DAISY1358
