This is one of my favorite soups! Slightly sweet with a kick! The chipotle en adobo peppers can be found at a regular grocery store where the authentic mexican ingredients are. Smokey Turkey and Lentil soup is made in a crockpot and very easy to make. Great in the winter or if nursing a cold/flu virus. Packed with proein and vegetables, it is a complete stand alone meal.
