Cookbook creator says: made this with a spice cake mix, a 15 oz can of pumpkin, and 1/2 cup of water--used it to make muffins (it made 18) at only 118 calories apiece. The Hubster scarfed up half of them himself!!! They really are fabulous! Moist, delicious, not TOO sweet, and with a little fiber and protein, too!
