Cookbook creator says: I did like this recipe. I've been looking for a good Bourbon Chicken recipe. It was easy to fix, turned out great. It had a good flavor...and reheats well. It is a bit spicy for those who are "mild" eaters. I will probably try this with half the pepper flakes or no pepper flakes next time.

Cookbook creator says: Delicious. We both liked it. We added another chicken breast. 6 oz of chicken total. We made egg noodles. Mixed them in with it on our plates. With the 2nd chicken breast, it was 197 calories, 20 carbs, 2 fat, 24 protein. (For the egg noodles, add 220 calories, 40 carbs, 3 fat, 8 protein.)
