I like to use Reynolds Foil Baking Cups for this recipe....you can use a regular ol' greased muffin pan but the cleanup is so much easier with the foil cups filled then placed on a cookie sheet! :o)

These burgers have a true crab flavor that isn't masked by fillers or strong seasoning. Serve on a bun with tartar sauce or with a lemon-juice-dressed salad of greens, sprouts and sliced peaches. This recipe works best with convenient pasteurized crabmeat, usually found in the refrigerated case near the fish counter. If you prefer lump crabmeat, cut it into small, uniform pieces.

I hope that you like this, because it was really yummy to my roommate and I. It looks like it has a lot of ingredients, but it is really easy to make. Feel free to sub shrimp for other seafood or poultry.
P.S. Please excuse the tacky picture--I was really feeling myself ;-)
P.P.S. Please don't hesitate to season the shrimp VERY good, this dish will get most of it's flavor from the broth left from shrimp.
