We love pesto, but most commercial pesto sauces and standard recipes are too high in fat and calories. I found this recipe at My husband usually does not like anything new that I try, but he loved this one.

Another weight watcher rehash. they wanted you to use sour dough and i used their wheat bread which brings the points value from 8 to 6. I also personally only use about 1/2 teaspoon pesto on only one side bread.

Cilantro has been proven to chelate toxic metals from our bodies in a relatively short period of time. Combined with the benefits of the other ingredients, this recipe is a powerful tissue cleanser.
