My Grandma was the first one who introduced me to this yummy stew. You'll need a pressure cooker for this one! This recipe is wonderful over mashed potatoes or awesome by itself.

Cookbook creator says: I liked this...but I would maybe use less water next time. Also, I put sriracha and Mrs. Dash southwest chipotle in it. Delicious!

This is a basic recipe with numerous variations. Change up the liquid for a flavoured bread. Change the flours as long as they add up to 3 cups you can add any type of grain flour. Add a half cup of seeds (sesame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin...) for extra crunch.
