Cookbook creator says: I love that I can freeze most of the batch of 18 and pull out whenever I am in the mood. I used roasted pumpkin instead of canned and normal whole wheat flour since I couldn't find pastry flour. Worked just fine. I also used an entire egg instead of only the egg yolk.
