I saw a recipe for one with cranberries and orange zest or peal and love nuts. I searched for other crockpot recipes and couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I found plenty of pumpkin bread recipes and some that had whole wheat and used cranberries. I adjusted the sugar and this is what I came up with and it tastes pretty good. 1 oz is a small serving but if you pair it with other things for breakfast it's alright, besides the nutritions is great so you can eat more anyway!Submitted by RUMBAMEL

This is another recipe that started out from the Eat Up Slim Down book. I had some broccoli from my garden and it tasted awesome. I left out the milk and flour base and just used the evaporated skimmed milk and it was delicious. I used to make broccoli cheese soup with cream and cheese, but this tastes so good I probably won't go back. My kids love it, too. It's great with a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich.
