This is very juicy and satisfying. You don't even miss the bacon. If you don't like mushrooms, omit and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.

Don't let the tofu put you off, this tastes wonderful.
You could also add a packet of frozen stir fry vegetables if you wanted a larger vegetable serve.

This is a variation on another recipe I saw here. I really like white pizzas. Yes, this is a bit high in the fat and sodium, but most pizza usually is and for the most part the fat in this is "good" fat. This satisfies my pizza craving for a lot few calories and a lot less money than ordering from a pizza delivery place.
