This tastes just like you are in a mexican restaurant! Honestly. My boyfriend and I both love it. It really is super easy. Mix the sour cream mixture, brown chicken, roll, and bake!
Add some hot peppers if you want to kick up the heat.
Each enchilada is a serving.

This is a recipe that has been handed down thur our family. I have adapted only by substituting ground turkey for the ground beef. To reduce more calories and fat your could eliminate the shredded parmesan cheese, however, I have come to love this recipe as is and I'm not ready to deduct any ingredients at this point. I have also added the sauce recipe I use it is under the name "Red Italian Sauce"
