I recently tried this recipe, it's great!

Jennifer Laughner, owner and chef of the Earth House Café in Indianapolis (http://www.earthhousecollective.org/cafe.html) grew up eating fresh local foods. Her wheat berry salad, which is a feature item in her restaurant, reflects her philosophy of simple food done well. The salad makes a great side dish or main course and is perfect for a brown bag lunch or picnic.
