Pizza lover like me.... Man I can still enjoy the great taste without all the CRAZY cal's. Plus you get more bang for you cal going this route.

Each serving is a 6 ounce slice of eggplant, plenty of food.

If you make sure to use low sodium turkey then it will cut your sodium intake by 1/2! I like to use Boar's head low sodium turkey breast from the deli...sliced thick.

I combined recipes to come up with this, and it disappears in a flash every single time. I use a bit of the pineapple juice to thin the mayo just a bit for the dressing.
