This is a Better Homes & Gardens New Dieter's Cook Book, Meredith, 1st Ed., 1992, recipe on page 136. I modified the recipe here. I used 2 slices of a thin light multi-grain bread that have a total of 70 calories for both pieces, so I added a 1/4 c. more applesauce

I have been trying to find a *good* recipe for the crockpot for Thai chicken for about a year, and this one finally does it for me! It is a little thinner than Panang, but the flavor is the same. I serve this over jasmine rice.

This recipe is for chicken chimichangos baked in the oven. It is an easy dish to make and gets high ratings in my house. Compliment this dish with some mexican rice for a nice dinner under 400 calories.

I have never served this to anyone that didn't ask for the recipe after. This is a light soup that doesn't taste light. It is very filling, very little fat and FULL of fiber.
