This is adapted from the Joy of Cooking frosting recipe. It is creamy and decadent, without being too bad for you! I used regular cream cheese, but you could also use a lower fat version to cut some calories.

you can find the purle puree and flour blend in the sneaky chef book or on line. I am not much of a cook but this came out great, the kids loved it. I topped it with a chocolate icing I found on this site.
