You can use this sauce in spicy tuna rolls, or on a volcano or lava roll. The Sriracha hot sauce is the secret ingredient (the one with the rooster on the bottle!). You can be authentic and use "real" Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie), but good old Hellman's works fine too.Submitted by JO_JO_BA

This is the sushi I make the most. My family loves it. I also add plain coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw mix. I just add a little to each roll so I didn't include it in the ingredients. i also like to add a bit of wasabi to this- also not added to the nutritional count. The ingredients below are for one roll (one sheet of nori) but I usually make more at a sitting. Submitted by KARALVS2SCRAP
