Easy Poached Eggs and Pasta

I can't get enough of this easy recipe; it's ready in 15 minutes! The still-runny egg yolk adds a creaminess to the sauce and perfectly mixes with the spinach. Submitted by STEPFANIER

Roasted Garlic & Feta Mushrooms with Runny Egg

I know this one sounds a little strange, but give it a try; it's a great source of protein. The sweetness of the roasted garlic pairs really nicely with the feta, and the egg yolk binds all of the flavors into one cohesive package. If you're squeamish about undercooked eggs or can't eat egg yolks, this probably isn't the recipe for you as I've tried it with the egg cooked differently and never found it as good. Stove Top Steel Cut Oats

This steel cut oats recipe is similar to Alton Brown's Food Network recipe, but it does not have the whole milk or buttermilk. I use 1% and it turns out great!Submitted by LITTLEFARMMOMMA

Kate B's Amazing Kale and Eggs

My friend Kate's simple, delicious recipe. I was a little scared by the idea of kale at first (it sounded like seaweed to me) but it is so buttery and crispy in this recipe, a perfect flavor and texture combo with the eggs. A fantastic way to get in a vegetable at breakfast! Submitted by THATJULIET

This is easy to make and soooo good. Sour cream makes the eggs a little fluffier, without adding too many calories. To cut the fat, take out an egg and add some more veggies.Submitted by MAURAA

Original recipe calls for regular breakfast sausage, such as Jimmy Dean. But I found this substitute to taste just as good and much less fat and healthier. A great grab and go breakfast. Make ahead and wrap individually in the refridge, micro for 30 seconds on high and go!!Submitted by PUSHWAIT
