This is a great veggie main, and the lefotver rice makes great faux-meatballs if you use a glutinous rice to begin with. But it's great with any variety of long grain rice, so enjoy! In Egypt, this is also served with elbow macaroni mixed in, but I had it both ways when I was there and I find I prefer it without the pasta (it made it too heavy for my tastes).
