I made this with london broil (it was the cheapest steak) you could substitute any steak really I bet.
Oh and this isn't my recipe I found it somewhere online but I don't know whose it is.

I've made this with both 93% and 85% lean, tastes fine either way. 85% was because the grocery was out of 93%, haha. Probably the extra fat makes it taste better, and helps with my fat needs as I make this for lunch and usually have little or no fat in my lunches

Adapted from the "Beef: It's what's for dinner" website. I lowered the sodium, fat, calories per serving and added a few seasonings and beans. The beans make is very filling without adding calories or fat! Super quick and easy to make and really stretches out a pound of ground beef!
