Spray small baking dish with pam. Lay the chicken on the bottom, season chicken. Place mushroom, then tomatoes on top of chicken. Finish seasoning on top of the tomatoes. Sprinke cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.

I love Wendy's Honey BBQ Wings, but at 580 calories I can't even get fries or a frosty to go with them. I came up with this to satisfy my craving, and still be able to enjoy a side.

I love Chili's Southwestern Eggrolls. They have so much tasty stuff in them, but I hate the fact they are deep fried. I added more beans and corn and then put them in the broiler for crunch.
These are great made ahead of time and *frozen for a quick meal or a fun snack for the big game. I make a double batch so I can freeze some for later.
